These terms apply when you use ChapterDrop or place an order with us. Please read the product description, these terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy before purchasing.

Using Our Store

• Provide accurate contact and order details so we can confirm payment and deliver your book.
• Use only a payment method you are authorized to use. If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian to approve and arrange your purchase.
• Do not use the website for unlawful activity, fraudulent orders, or unauthorized distribution of content.

Products, Prices & Payment

• Check the title, subject, format, description, and available sample before ordering. A product marked PDF is a digital book, not a printed copy.
• Prices are displayed in Sri Lankan rupees (LKR). The order summary shows the product total and any accepted promo discount; any additional delivery charge for a hard copy must be confirmed before payment.
• Submitting the cart opens a WhatsApp order request. The request alone is not a completed payment; we confirm the order after payment verification.
• Where PayHere is offered for payment, payment details are handled by PayHere. Do not send card security details through WhatsApp or email.
• If an item is unavailable or an order contains an error, we will contact you before proceeding. If we cancel an order that you have paid for, we will refund it to the original payment method.

Delivery & Access

• PDF books are delivered as a file or download link through the email or WhatsApp contact agreed for your order, after payment verification. No physical shipping applies to PDFs.
• We confirm the expected delivery period before you pay. If delivery is delayed or a link does not work, contact us with your payment reference.
• You need a device with a PDF reader and internet access to receive or download the file.
• If a hard-copy book is offered, we will confirm availability, delivery charges, the estimated delivery period, and return terms before payment.

Personal Use & Ownership

• Purchased PDFs are licensed for your personal study or reading unless the listing states otherwise. You may save a personal copy.
• You must not resell, publicly upload, or distribute the files without permission. For example, buying one PDF does not permit sharing it with a class group.
• Book content and website materials remain the property of their respective owners. Purchasing a PDF does not transfer copyright.

Refunds

Request an eligible PDF-book refund within 24 hours of receiving the file or download link. The Refund Policy explains eligible issues and the separate request windows for duplicate payments and non-delivery. Approved refunds go to the original payment method used for the purchase; bank processing may take longer than 24 hours.

Study Materials & Updates

Our books are learning resources; purchasing them does not guarantee exam results or earnings. Please report incorrect descriptions or file problems so we can review them.

We may update products, prices, and these terms for future orders. Updates will appear on this page with a revised date and will not change the agreed terms of an existing purchase. Nothing in these terms limits rights under applicable law.
